The legendary figure Hermes Trismegistus described these seven steps in the ancient Emerald Tablet. This mystical artifact is the foundation for Alchemy, which is about transforming anything from its current state into a higher one. Applied to humans, it is about transforming the inner heaviness and lead into inner light and gold. In short, Alchemy is about raising our consciousness.

Once we became aware of these steps, we saw them everywhere. We experienced firsthand that the micro-cosmos and macro-cosmos are based on these same governing laws. In this post, we share how the seven steps of Alchemical transformation unfold in an Akashic Records Reading.

1000+ AKASHIC RECORDS READINGS

My experiences with over 1000 Akashic Records Readings uncover that my clients go through a complete cycle of Alchemy in every reading. Let me explain how I experience this magical transformation.

STEP 1: BECOMING AWARE AND PURGING UNHEALTHY PATTERNS

At the beginning of each reading, I commonly notice a collective heaviness expressed as blockages, uncertainty, and disorientation. This pattern fits the first step of Alchemy called Calcination. In short, it is all about purging the false ego and impure thoughts.
Preceding this mental purification, the client has already accomplished the first big step. Becoming aware of their unhealthy patterns and seeking guidance, for example, through an Akashic Records Reading, is a huge leap toward wholeness. Looking at suppressed aspects through a reading often pushes them heavily out of their comfort zone. Facing and voicing their challenges, uncomfortable feelings, and how life tosses them around is tough to admit. However, that’s where the healing can start.

STEP 2: EMOTIONAL RELEASE

After dropping the heaviness comes an emotional release of hardships in life. I always encourage my clients to cry and let it out. When suppressed emotions come up, they are a mirror showing them what they need to heal within. The emotional release corresponds to the second stage of Alchemical transformation called Dissolution.

STEP 3: SEPARATING OUR TRUE ESSENCE FROM THE REST

Following that, they often feel a massive release from all the energy set free in the first two steps. Then, the question, “What is my purpose in life?” arises. It doesn’t always need to be a big-scale question about their entire life. For example, it can be a purpose or guidance around a project they are currently working on. Either way, when the question of the purpose of aspects in life comes up, it is a sign of Alchemical Separation. They start sorting out what still serves and supports them on their path. In addition, they let go of what is not aligned with their True Essence.

STEP 4: DEEP CONNECTION TO PURPOSE

Next, Alchemical Conjunction is knocking at the door. Commonly, the client experiences a connection with their Higher Self, perhaps for the first time. That often feels overwhelming and joyful at the same time. At best, surrendering to these feelings shows them how to use their gifts, talents, strengths, and passions. This moment is when my clients feel seen for the first time in their lives for their abilities. Often, what I receive from the Akashic Records, is a confirmation for them. They just needed to hear it from a different source to allow themselves to trust it fully.

STEP 5: THE CHALLENGE OF GIVING OURSELVES PERMISSION

From this high, a low follows when they ask me, “But how can I apply this to my life? How can I get there?” That is when they have a moment of feeling low and depressed because they feel hopeless. Some of my clients don’t allow themselves to live their purpose. However, depression means to “de-press.” They take the pressure out of what they suppressed for a long time. By receiving guidance from the Akashic Records, they relax and soften. This process corresponds to Alchemical Fermentation. The old, false ego suffers a final death to make space for the new, more embodied, whole version of the client.

STEP 6: SELF-EMPOWERED GUIDANCE

In the next step during an Akashic Records Reading, my clients and I see their True Essence, and it is time to perfect it. This step is Alchemical Distillation, in which we connect the divine support from Above with our earthly existence. I invite and help my clients connect to their Akashic Records to ask for support on how to use their gifts and bring them into service. Then, perhaps, they can feel their soul smiling because it is back on its mission.

STEP 7: SHINING OUR LIGHT WITH EASE AND CLARITY

I ask my clients how they feel at the end of each reading. 100% answer that they feel much lighter, clearer, cleansed, and freer than before the Akashic Records Reading. This step is the last step of Coagulation which happens naturally after they have worked through the six previous ones. This step is a solidifying of their experiences throughout the reading. Eventually, we brought light into some blind spots. As a result, we raised awareness and consciousness for the evolved version of them to shine.

ALCHEMY IS EVERYWHERE
