A DARK TUNNEL
Before Komal worked with me, she felt like she was in a dark tunnel and couldn’t see any light. She had a faint idea about her purpose and knew deep inside that she wanted to change her life but hadn’t had the courage. Uncontrollable anxiety and panic attacks haunted her in her dreams. During the day, she felt like a crazy rubber ball banging from one side of the room to the other, not knowing what she truly wanted. Additionally, she felt disconnected from her body and emotions.
